Stayed there many times over the last 2-3 yrs going for medical care. We loved it there. Scored 10+ on all accounts. We stayed once at the Quality Inn at the Bangor Mall but the service was terrible there! We were even told by their staff on our last visit that we were great guests with no problems. They have great rates, great service and we wouldn't want to go anywhere else. We have been to several places in the past since we have a lot of medical appointments in Bangor (we live in Van Buren 4 hours away) & they are the greatest. You'd love it there too if we stayed. You can tell by the way they treat you that they are happy to serve you.

We have a service dog for my daughter & has usually come with us with no problems. However, on this last trip my mother accidently spilled his water & my daughter dried up the floor with towels. After we left we were told that we could no longer come back because the dog peed on the floor. He is trained & never peed at this facility or any other. I know that they are having problems with other dogs as we were told & I realized they can't believe guests but with our long past history should have maybe questioned this & looked into it further because wiping up the floor must have triggered the "old" pee from another dog which would have made the room smell like urine because my daughter's dog did not do it. This is the only negative situation we have ever had with this Hotel & we have stayed here numerous times. This was just a misunderstanding &k would gladly go back if they would let us.
